When Curry was a surname

I was alerted to this article by a genimate on Facebook, Anne Young. It made me realise that searching for the Curry surname on Google etc would have been much easier in the fifties.

Tracking down an original source for this item was a challenge.

While I was researching another topic on Trove today I came across a post that mentioned a Mr F Curry from Newcastle.
